Food safety guidelines:


  • Please eat your box/grazing table within 4 hours, or store (covered) in the fridge until later that day.

  • Food should not be out of the fridge for more than four hours, after this period food must be thrown out.

  • Once the box/platter has been delivered it is your responsibility to ensure these standards are met.

  • Please get in touch with us BEFORE making any order if you have any dietary requirements to ensure we can cater for you.

  • Food is prepared and stored in a kitchen containing nuts, we will not be able to cater for someone with a nut allergy.

  • We are able to cater for Gluten free, Vegetarian and Vegan. Please get in contact with us before making the booking to confirm as it may incur an additional cost.

Booking terms and conditions:

  • You will be asked to fill in a delivery time slot when making a grazing box order, we will do everything we can to get to you on time, however if this is not possible we will contact you with an alternative.

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, if you would like one the following day please get in touch with us before booking to check availability.

  • Bookings come at a first come first serve, if you have placed an order that has already been taken, we will work around you to find an alternative slot.

Changing or cancelling an order:

  • If you would like to change your original order, please get in contact with us within 24hours of delivery.

  • if you would like to cancel your grazing box, please let us know 48 hours in advance and you will receive a full refund, if you let us know within 24 hours of delivery you will receive 50% refund.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required for a Grazing Platter to hold your date, this must be paid within 5 days of placing your order. Full payment will be required two weeks before the event.
